Yinyang challenge Day 5

I forgot to post this yesterday. A very busy day. Here are my updates.
Went for morning jogging and did 5 laps while listening to Hanuman Gayathri Mantra.
Learnt to make Chinese Herbal tea for cooling. To stop my aunt's fever. It tastes good, like sugarcane juice but without sweet. So we have to add some sugar. I've added stone sugar.
Meditation is something that we all should do on a daily basis. So if you are a beginner you can write to me if you want me to guide you. Drop me an email at pmpuran@hotmail.com and I'll explain how to meditate. Remember that meditation and spiritual guidance should come to us for free.
Anapanasati meditation involves focusing on breath.
