Hugged a few trees and thanked the trees. A way to connect with the nature.

Learning new skill. It can be art or music. I learnt how to make a Mandala today, and probably will be making more Mandala arts as I find this interesting.

I have also avoided gossiping throughout the day. I have been a vegetarian for a past few years now and this challenge also requires us to be a vegetarian, avoiding garlic, mushroom and microwaved food.

Thoughts shapes our character and way of life and how our life goes. When we think good, good things will happen, likewise to bad things.
Meditation is the key to shape our thoughts. Meditation has gave me some extraordinary experience. Try meditation. I will post more about meditation in my upcoming posts.
