Yinyang Challenge Day 8

Had a busy day today.

As part of learning I did typing test and got 40 words per minute.

For lunch, I went to try V Fortune Land Vegetarian Restaurant. 3 dishes and rice for only RM2! Added Chinese Tea for just 50 cents. The food was nice too! As a fan of Vegetarian Chinese food I am satisfied.

Went to Batu Cave's to visit Mouna Siddhar Samadhi. A very hot day and couldnt meditate long. Didn't take pictures as it was so hot.

Parked near PETRONAS for free and walked to the temple. Saved RM3 parking fees but it was not worth it during the hot sunny day. But walked to burn some calories.

My experience sharing for today is about unconditional love. I was listening to a YouTube video in the PMC Tamil Channel. The only unconditional love is self love. Love yourself before loving others.

I've been focusing on myself lately and my family. I'm giving a break to everything else.
