Yinyang challenge Day 25

Me in the morning waiting for KTM after work: 

Went back home and slept after showering.

Joined group meditation and meditated for 33 minutes:

In the evening, Today I had to drive to work. Went to KTM bangi but the train didn't arrive. So I updated my office and alerted that I might be late and I drove to work.

Realised that it's faster to arrive to work by driving, as there was no jam. I arrived just on time but I parked near Buddhist temple. I went and took my car and parked below the office. But I'll see how it is during going back time.

Received the book from all the way from Taiwan from Buddhist foundation.
