Keeping a gratidude journal helps us to focus our thoughts on positivity and all the good things that happens in our life. This is the first step if you want to practice manifestation and law of attraction.
A notebook and a pen is all we need for this. I practice writing 11 things which I am grateful for each day. I was doing this for more than a year but I stopped as I was writing the same thing again and again, and I started to focus on meditation more seriously.
I ended the day with group meditation for 45 minutes.
